Backstage

For all the whistles
for all the great show
they stand silent
while you take the bow...

Maneuvering the lights
building vivid shades
they perspire and toil
for you to enjoy all gaze

A tacit pat,encouraging word
when you need that the most
they build you from scratch
covering up all patch

They support when you fall
remaining strong
handling your impulses
when things go wrong

They are the backstage
the backstage people in your life
who stood by you
in your lows and highs

While you basked in the glory
of a celebrated identity
they slowly built your
accomplished serendipity

For all the whistles
for all the great show
they stood silent and proud
while you took the bow...

P.S-It's always a good idea to remember and thank the backstage people in your life who inspired,cared and supported you in small and big ways.

Campus

Being in a college campus , I am reminded of the freedom that the mind enjoyed then. The possibilities, dreams ..all that we wanted from future..the uncertainty of everything. Random night musings

  There is this phrase,  "Dimaag ki dahi banna". It is technically quite sound in a sense. Imagine your brain like a pot of milk. It is good but it's good only till you introduce half a teaspoonful curd starter into it. It can be any damn disturbing thought,  just a small morsel and then you see the metamorphosis. Slowly this small weird disturbing thought will convert the normal thing in your brain into curd, the whole content will become disturbing. But there are certain conditions to be followed 1. The brain should not be at peace when you give it the starter neither should it get cold fast while the fermentation is on. A highly lukewarm milk aka brain is essential. Keep it hot. Put it in casserole , that's better isolated from the influence of any cool air, positive ideas or sensible people. 2. Give it time. Sufficient time to rake past, present, future, dissect behavior of people, what they have done/not done. Once your brain gets that time it will curdle. ...
